TEMPERATURE:380℉/183℃
2 large russet potatoes, rinsed &
cut into 4-inch long wedges
1½ tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese,
grated
Ketchup or ranch, for serving
1 CUT the potatoes into 4-inch long wedges.
2 SELECT Preheat on the Proscenic Air Fryer, adjust to 380℉/183℃, and press Start/Pause.
3 COAT the potatoes in olive oil and toss with the seasonings and Parmesan cheese until well coated.
4 ADD the potatoes to the preheated air fryer.
5 SELECT French Fries, set time to 20 minutes, and press Start/Pause.
6 SHAKE the baskets halfway through cooking .
7 SERVE with ketchup or ranch.
