COOK TIME: 20 minutes
TEMPERATURE:355℉/179℃
1/3 cup coconut milk
1½ tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon garam marsala
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
1½ teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1½ teaspoon salt
4 chicken drumsticks
1 COMBINE everything except chicken into a bowl and mix.
2 SOAK chicken legs in the coconut marinade and toss until legs are well covered. Marinate for up to 1 hour.
3 SELECT Preheat on the Proscenic Air Fryer, adjust to 355℉/179℃, and press Start/Pause.
4 REMOVE the chicken legs from the fridge and put them into the preheated air fryer.
5 COOK at 355℉/179℃ for 20 minutes.
6 SERVE with steamed basmati rice
