Hello,

Our Proscenic U6 vacuümcleaner robot stopt working. I gives a voice (error) message "fan error - Please contact custumer service". Also i dont hear the motor (suction) working. After you start the robot cleaner, it starts, (you hear no suction) and afterwards (within 10sec) it says "please contact customer service".

Trying to solve the problem, I did a power cycle, checked everything, if everything is in the right place/position... but it keeps giving te same error, again and again...

How do and can we solve this problem?
Hopefully someone can help us with it….

We allready contacted  Customerservice, but didnt get a  reaction to resolve the problem..
