TEMPERATURE:400℉/204℃
Ingredients:
⅓ pound ground beef (75/25)
⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
1/8 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Salt & pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese,
grated, plus more for serving
Nonstick cooking spray
Marinara sauce, for serving
Instructions:
1 COMBINE the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, spices, salt, pepper, and Parmesan and mix well.
2 ROLL the meat mixture into medium-sized balls. Set aside in the fridge for 10 minutes.
3 SELECT Preheat on the Proscenic Air Fryer and press Start/Pause.
4 REMOVE meatballs from the fridge and add to the preheated air fryer baskets. Spray the meatballs with cooking spray and cook at 400℉/204℃ for 8 minutes.
5 SERVE with marinara sauce and more grated Parmesan.
