Roasted Chicken with Herbs Made in Proscenic Air Fryer

PREP TIME: 1 hour

COOK TIME: 20 minutes

TEMPERATURE:360℉/182℃

 

Ingredients:

5 lb. chicken, whole, with skin

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. sea salt

1 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. rosemary

1/2 tsp. thyme

2 Tbsp. olive oil

 

Instructions:

1 Season the chicken and rub with olive oil.

2 Let sit at room temperature for 45 minutes before cooking.

3 Place the chicken breast side down in the Proscenic Fry Basket.

4 Cook for 20 minutes at 360℉/182℃.

5 When time runs out, carefully turn the chicken over.

6 Cook for an additional 20 minutes at 360℉/182℃.

7 Test the chicken with a thermometer for proper doneness (170℉/77℃).

8 Let rest for 20 minutes before serving.
