Hello, My Proscenic M8 Pro has stopped all of a sudden. I didn’t use it for a while and the battery is completely charged as well. The problem I face is- as soon as I hit the start button from my mobile app, the device turns on for a second and then suddenly stops working. It doesn’t even go back to the dust collector. Has anybody faced a similar problem? Can anyone help with the troubleshooting?
