Hello, I have m7pro from about 2 years, and recently I have a problem. Support don't answer my emails... M7 with original battery it seems to charge, but suddenly after few minutes it stop and lost everything, map and history. With new battery it seems charging have no effect, it keep green light like it's charging for days, but in the app it watch 12% al the time. Did I lost my money with this product?
